SVSR encourage gender equality in our workplace and leadership, we foster good working relationships & promotion opportunities for all members of our team.
In November 2018, the Australian Government released a 5-year study “Workplace Gender Equality Agency“.
This study highlighted the Gender composition by industries. Construction 17% women, Manufacturing 26% women; Professional, Scientific and Technical Services 40% women.
Despite working in strongly male-dominated industry, SVSR match best-practice guidelines, through implementing gender equality policies and strategies. This involves our Talent identification, recruitment, training & development, performance management processes, flexible work practices, and promotions.
